Treat yourself with the money you've earned. You worked hard to earn your money, so allow yourself to enjoy your hard work. It'll instill a sense of accomplishment and associate your success with something tangible.

Set several goals. This might be the most important advice to keep you motivated. Set multiple goals, but don't limit them to just monetary achievements. Set goals for your hours worked, leads gathered, campaigns launched, articles written, etc.
